Surveys help you gather valuable feedback from customers. Create NPS surveys, satisfaction surveys, or custom questionnaires in minutes.
Creating a New Survey
- Go to Surveys in the sidebar
- Click Create Survey
- Choose a template or start from scratch
- Add your questions
- Configure settings
- Click Publish

Question Types
Available question formats:
- Rating scale - 1-5 or 1-10 numeric ratings
- Multiple choice - Select one or multiple options
- Text response - Open-ended answers
- NPS - 0-10 likelihood to recommend
- Yes/No - Simple binary questions
Survey Settings
Configure your survey behavior:
- Thank you message - What respondents see after completing
- Redirect URL - Send respondents to a specific page
- Response notifications - Get emailed when someone responds
- Anonymous responses - Allow or require identification
