Does the Slack app cost extra?
No. The Surva.ai Slack integration is included free with all paid plans - Starter, Growth, and Scale. You need an active Surva.ai subscription to use it, but there is no additional charge.
Can I add it to a shared channel so my whole team gets alerts?
Yes. You can add Surva.ai to any channel and configure daily digest alerts to be delivered there. Each team member can also connect their own account in direct messages for personalized reports.
What data does the Slack app access?
The app accesses your Surva.ai account data - your tracked prompts, brand visibility, and competitor data. It reads your Slack messages only to respond to direct mentions and commands. It does not store or log your messages, and does not access Slack files or channels it is not added to.
Can multiple team members connect their accounts?
Yes. Each Slack user connects their own Surva.ai account independently. On agency or Scale plans with multiple brands, each user sees their own brand's data when they run commands.
Is the Slack app available on all plan tiers?
Slack integration is available on all paid Surva.ai plans. Free trial users can connect the app during their 7-day trial to evaluate it. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue using the integration.
Are the AI responses generated by Surva.ai?
Yes. When you mention @Surva, the bot uses AI to summarize and analyze your live Surva.ai data. Visibility scores are based on periodic sampling across AI platforms. To report an issue or give feedback, email support@surva.ai.
