If your Surva.ai dashboard shows no data or missing information, here are common causes and solutions.
New Account (Less Than 24 Hours)
If you just signed up, data collection is still in progress:
- Initial data appears within 24 hours
- Full data across all platforms takes 1-2 days
- Check back tomorrow for complete results
No Keywords Added
Data requires keywords to track:
- Go to Prompts
- Add at least one prompt or phrase
- Wait 24 hours for data collection
Brand Not Found in AI Responses
If AI platforms do not mention your brand, you will see zero mentions. This is accurate data indicating an opportunity to improve AI visibility. See our guide to improving AI visibility.
Data Refresh Schedule
Data updates on this schedule:
- AI visibility: Daily
- Organic rankings: Daily
- Competitor ads: Daily
- Keyword metrics: Weekly
Technical Issues
If data should be showing but is not:
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
