Managing Your Subscription

Subscription Management

View and manage your Surva.ai subscription, update payment methods, and change plans.

Viewing Your Current Plan

1. Go to Profile in the sidebar at the bottom
2. Click Billing
3. View your current plan, renewal date, and usage

Available Plans

• Starter ($59/mo) - 30 keywords, 15 articles, daily tracking
• Growth ($99/mo) - 75 keywords, 30 articles, full features
• Buseinss ($299/mo) - 250 keywords, 60 articles, priority support

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Profile then Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your new plan
4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. If you exceed the new plan limits, you will need to remove keywords or competitors before the downgrade processes.

Updating Payment Method

1. Go to Profile then Billing
2. Click Update Payment Method
3. Enter new card details
4. Click Save

Viewing Invoices

Access past invoices in the Billing section. Click any invoice to download a PDF.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

1. Go to Profile then Account
2. Click Cancel Account
3. Complete the cancellation survey
4. Confirm cancellation

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
