Where to Find Integrations
Open the profile menu at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Integrations. You can also open Settings and click View all integrations.
Each card shows whether the integration is connected, what it is connected to, and a button to set it up or manage it.
AI Assistants and Chat
- AI assistants (MCP): connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients. See Connect Surva.ai to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
- Slack: daily digests, alerts, /surva commands and Ask Surva. See How to Set Up the Surva.ai Slack Integration.
- Microsoft Teams: your briefing, alerts and Ask Surva in Teams.
Publishing
- WordPress: publish articles from the Content Planner, and use the Surva.ai plugin to see AI visibility inside wp-admin. The card shows your publishing site and how many sites run the plugin. Click Manage plugin sites to see or disconnect plugin connections.
- Webflow: send articles to a Webflow CMS collection.
Publishing connections are set up in the Content Planner under the Settings tab.
Website Tracking
AI crawler logs and AI referral tracking are set per brand, so these cards show the brand that is currently selected in the sidebar. Switch brands to see another site.
Ecommerce
Install the Surva.ai Shopify app to see whether ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend your store and products. Connected stores appear on the Shopify card.
